Responsible for providing training to new apprentices and working closely with the designers on most projects. Monitoring the general workload for all projects and managing this with team members. Mark also controls the monthly valuations and assisting the accounts department.

Joe joined the Elite team in 2020 and quickly secured some fantastic contracts. with some of the Uks biggest construction companies. Joe is a highly talented production and operations management professional, who has acquired extensive experience in architectural aluminium and delivering key business solutions within complex activities, utilising strategic planning and management expertise.

Joe’s senior leadership skills adept at building key relationships including the management and development of colleagues, creating engaged and motivated teams. His expertise are also driving manufacturing efficiency, reducing downtime, overseeing projects and promoting continuous improvement within our forward-thinking business.

Peter joined the company in 1995 initially starting out as one of our site supervisors. He delivered the installation and management of a number of high-profile projects before taking up his team role as Installations manager.

Peter has a vast amount of invaluable knowledge and experience in both the manufacture and installation and problem solving on a wide range of architectural façade systems gaining a number of qualifications including level 7 in construction senior management, IOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS and ‘Fenestration Surveyor Level 3 NVQ and also completed the 4 day CWCT course at Bath university.

He is responsible for managing installations teams across the country ensuring they deliver efficiently and effectively and to budget. He is particularly proud of delivering the ‘Manchester Life’ developments, ‘Woodberry Down’ developments and ‘Eastside Locks Student Accommodation’.

Paul joined Elite Aluminium Systems in 2000 and has worked as a draughtsman within the industry since leaving school.

Paul has a wealth of experience dealing with Main Contractors and Architects and he is fully proficient with CAD, Logikal and surveying.

His attention to detail and approach is particularly suited to the larger projects the company takes on; some of these being Eastside Locks Student Accommodation, Manchester Life Silk Glass and New Walk Leicester.

Jamie started his career at Elite Aluminium Systems in 2005, initially as part of the estimating team. He quickly built his knowledge of the architectural facades industry while in the process completing his training in the use of 2D CAD Design.

It wasn’t long before Jamie’s technical and design qualities were recognised and he was then assigned into the design team as a project draughtsman, a position he has now held since 2006. Some of the projects Jamie has worked on that he is particularly proud of include the redevelopment at Longbridge and the Eastside Locks Student Accommodation.

Having worked within the industry since leaving school as a technical apprenticeship, Nick worked from home as a contract designer for 15 years before joining us here at Elite as.a Senior designer in 2023. Nick has HNC qualifications in production and manufacturing and is proficient in cad and Logikal. 

Neil started with Elite Aluminium Systems in Feb 2019 and has worked previously as a CAD technician within the fenestration industry.

With a background of programming, 2D and 3D AutoCAD, Neil also has qualifications in Mechanical engineering. Neil’s skills have contributed towards helping the team with various calculations on projects. Some of the projects he has worked on include New Little Mill, Project Sienna and UK BIC (Battery installation Centre).

Lee is a highly competent user of the multiple estimating interfaces, Logikal, Tech Design, Sapa-Logic and KaluCAD.

Lee has worked on and secured a number of high profile projects but is particularly proud of Longbridge Retail Development, Gloucester M5 Services and Hilton T5 Hotel Heathrow.

Mike made the move into the estimating department in 2005 and has worked on a number of prestigious projects; namely. Redevelopment of Weston Super Mare Pier, Premier Inn, Waterloo, Three Kickstart projects at Woodberry Down London, Residential redevelopment of 9 tower blocks at Pendleton, Manchester and exciting new developments in 2017 Silk Glass Manchester, New Walk, Leicester.
