We are pleased to be working with Bowmer and Kirkland on Gary Nevilles Relentless £400 million pound project ‘St Michaels’. We have been instructed to fabricate and install to the regeneration of Bootle Street Police Station which will be part of the front elevation to the whole complex in project No 1 (phase 1 of a two phase build of this complex)
This huge complex is a joint venture between Relentless and investment firm KKR. Phase 1 is expected to see Manchesters first fully Net Zero Carbon commercial development and will comprise of 9 seperate floors of best-in-class office spaces to achieve world leading standards in sustainability and welness. Chotto Matte will occupy the rooftop restaurant and two food and beverage outlets top and tail the building.
We are looking forward to being part of this project and will be fabricating Aluprof and Senior Aluminium Systems windows and doors for the building.
