Exciting times at Elite Aluminium Systems as we are proud to be the first in the UK to install the brand-new Elumatec SBZ 145, a 5-axis profile machining centre that delivers precision drilling, milling, tapping and sawing on profiles up to 7.5m in length. Its high-speed tool changer, pendulum operation, and intelligent clamp management mean faster turnaround, greater flexibility, and superior surface protection, all while optimising production efficiency.
This investment isn’t just about our productivity, it’s a huge part of our wider Net Zero journey. Our recent energy assessment identified potential savings of 66,000+ kWh and 14.65 tonnes of CO₂e annually, with a 54% reduction in carbon emissions achievable through key improvements. Pairing cutting edge technology with sustainability helps us deliver high quality solutions while reducing our environmental footprint.
