For over three decades, Jamie Bayliss has been the driving force behind us here at Elite Aluminium Systems, building the company from the ground up into one of the most respected names in the architectural aluminium industry. His vision, leadership and dedication has shaped the business into what it is today—delivering high-quality, cost-effective aluminium glazing solutions, securing a place as a trusted partner for Tier 1 Main Contractors.
We are proud to be a family lead company alongside many valued employees who have been with us for 30 years. Jamie will now hand the Managing Director role to a joint role between his son Tom Bayliss and current sales director Joe Hughes as he transitions into the role of Chairman, forming this new leadership team who will continue his legacy of excellence.

• Tom Bayliss steps up as joint Managing Director, having previously led operations with precision and efficiency.
• Joe Hughes also becomes joint Managing Director, bringing his strong client relationships and technical sales expertise to drive the business forward.
• Mark Longmore becomes Commercial Director, evolving his impressive technical knowledge for further commercial success.
• Peter Bayliss moves into the position of Project Director, recognising his invaluable leadership in project management.
• Jamie Vaughan takes on the role of Technical Manager, reinforcing our commitment to technical excellence.
